AlpStays is a small, local operation: a team of five who live in Val Thorens and manage our own apartments in the upper and central parts of the resort — a few minutes’ walk from the lifts, the supermarkets and the best après-ski bars.
The studios are recently renovated and comfortable for 2–4 guests. We have been doing this for over ten years, we answer messages ourselves, and someone is always in the resort if something needs fixing.

At 2,300m, Val Thorens is the highest resort in Europe and the snow-sure end of the 3 Valleys: 600km of linked pistes, reliably open from late November into May.
The village is pedestrian, so you walk everywhere — 30 blue runs for easy days, 8 blacks when you want them, and an après-ski scene that runs from La Folie Douce to a quiet fondue.
We only take on apartments in the upper and central areas, because that is where the shops, the restaurants and the lifts actually are. If you want to know exactly where a particular apartment sits, just ask — we know every building in the village.
